kouneverluck
This is my first post.First of all, I would like to apologize for writing in poor English. I wanted to play with one of the character mods from the workshop by just replacing the character image. (The original is very nice though). Here is what I did and the problem that arose. I unzipped the "anim>character_name.zip" from the original mod. I converted "atlas-0.tex" and "atlas-1.tex" to .png(1) using "TEXTool.exe". I drew my own image based on (1) and prepared .png(2). I converted (2) to .tex using "TEXCreator.exe" and put it in the original "anim>character_name.zip". When I launched the game and entered the world with the character, the image in (2) was applied, but some parts of the face were missing or misaligned. After some research, I decompiled the replaced mod into .scml using "krane.exe" and found that the image was still missing. Furthermore, when I recompiled the .scml and entered the game world, the characters did not appear at all. If I decompile the original mod to .scml and then recompile it, none of the characters show up. If I recompile just the build.bin file, the characters show up, but the images are still missing. I'm attaching the files that may be needed so you can download them and help me out if you like. I hope I have communicated well about what I want to do and the problems that have arisen. 001.zip Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/134121-i-need-helpreplacing-the-images-in-the-workshop-mod/ Share on other sites

I guess I took the wrong approach. However, until the end, I could not figure out why decompiling to .scml with "krane.exe" stretched the image.
