Make rocky beach turf work as improved cobblestones

I recently noticed similarity between cobblestones and rocky beach turf in their recipe with driftwood being used instead of board. In several recipes (oar vs driftwood oar, regular sail vs malbatross sail, watering can vs waterfowl can, wood float vs driftwood float) driftwood is presented as an improved version of wood. I thought same idea can be extended to rocky beach turf being improved version of cobblestones - for example, providing 50% speed boost vs 30% of cobblestones (on par with driftwood having 1,66 speed of regular oar). This would make rocky beach turf more desirable to craft as its recipe is very expensive (1 driftwood for 1 turf) once all driftwood trees have been chopped and all natural turf has been dug. It would also be a desirable upgrade to cobblestones both due to very light color, allowing dark stuff like shadows appear more opaque compared to dark-colored cobblestones.
