Space Scanner Sort Alphanumerically & Rocket Remember Names

The list of Rockets should be sorted with both numbers and letters taken into account and the name of the rocket should be remembered by the individual components, meaning that as long as a single component remains, adding any new components will still preserve the rockets old name unless you change it manually.

Because rockets are being build from bottom up, having the name be saved at the command capsule is problematic because changing the height of the rocket means moving the command capsule and thereby having to rename the rocket each time you change it slightly.
