This design allows you to avoid wasting uranium. The reactor will burn through all of your uranium and you can then use the very high pressure steam as a long term battery.

To build it, flood the first 3 tiles with oil, the next tile with waste, then put 100kg per tile of petroleum on top. the waste will leak out as it is produced, and the steam will escape and can be fed to steam turbines that are connected to smart batteries. I let it run for 30 cycles while afk to make sure it's stable.
