Background-transparency for Diagnostics/Resources

It's sometimes kinda hard to read the Diagnostics- and Resources-lists. Allow us to set a custom level of transparency for them and the colour of their background. Personally, I'd probably set it to 70% transparent with a black background, but nevertheless, that'd make it far easier to read at times.

Even better, also add an option for it to automatically adjust to whatever is behind it, so as to increase readability.
