Cowboy Maxwell's failed taming attempts

I thought I was ready. I got everything needed during my first autumn and winter. My base was near a savannah biome with three good sized herd of beefalo. So I tried to tame my first beefalo in spring. First attempt: Boof was doing well. On his way to ornery tendency. Then he got killed by killer bees. Second attempt: Boof the Second was doing well. He showed those bees what for. Then the plague of frogs began and he was overwhelmed.

So third attempt will be coming when autumn rolls around again. A mighty steed will be obtained one day.
