Nihilistic Difficulty - Achievement Unlock

This would work with the base game as well, but I’d love to see a more difficult game mode unlocked after completing prerequisite achievements, similar to Wes in Don’t Starve.

Obvious changes would be to stress reactions, calorie requirement, old school slimelung + food poisoning with lower immunity, and lethal radiation sickness / sensitivity.

The medicine system has so much potential in a more severe game mode. In survival it can be largely ignored, which is good for new players, but making it essential adds a lot of dynamics to the game. 

I think an actual danger to radiation in general would be good for the game though. Led suit and radiation treatments being more critical to the game would be a good thing. 

I know there’s a mod for the base game, but having it be Klei made and achievement unlocked would encourage a lot of replay value.
