I need help mod character perks

I'm very new to modding (especially coding) and I'm trying to make a DST character mod but i need some help for the perks

 

*Is a butcher

• can craft a butchers knife, a weapon that deals about 50 damage and has 200 uses (requires 5 flint, 3 sticks and is crafted at the alchemy engine)
• gains sanity when killing some mobs, but loses sanity when killing others she considers not meant for meat: catcoon, smallbird, teenbird, tallbird rabbit, splumunky, pengull, butterfly, bee, killer bee, glommer, grass gecko, carrat, puffin, spider, spider warrior, all hound types, spitter, dangling depth dweller, depths worm, mac tusk, wee tusk, splurper, varg, larvae, horror hound, moonrock pengull, shattered spider and saladmander. ( i know that's a lot)

*Created her own religion

• can craft a book that upon use prevents neutral/passive mobs from attack/running away from her and has only 3 uses (requires 20 reeds, 10 pig skin, 15 nightmare fuel and is crafted at the prestihatinator)

*Loves meat

• gains +10 hunger and +5 health for all meat related foods
• loses -30 sanity for any non-meat related foods, but can eat them to gain hunger and health (unlike wigfrid)
• can eat monster meat and raw meat with no penalty
• gains a passive sanity boost when near any neutral or passive mob (similar to glommer)

*Suffers from insomnia

• she can't sleep, same as wickerbottom

 

direct code and instructions on how to implement it would be immensely helpful, but linking to a page or teaching me how to do it myself will still be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is taking a look at Ultroman's Tutorial Collection, learn a bit the basics of modding and try to get your perks implemented with the help of the tutorials. If you don't find any tutorial for your perk, try to look in the gamefile or find a mod that does the same and have a look at how they do it.
