Change statues on spinning wheel with sweeper

Right now the sweeper cannot interact with statues at all. Once you build a statue if you want to change it you need to break it and make a new one. 
 

I think we can make so the sweeper cycles through the spinning wheels sketches, while the statue is standing on it. This is a small change but a nice QOL thing that i think players will appreciate.

 

In conjunction with this it might be a smart idea to let players put statues on-top of the spinning so its easier to use this mechanic.
