Full screen problem with lower resolution (solved)

i been looking into this problem from far a bit of time, you may have come across if (as an example) your screen is 1920*1080 but u wanna run the game on 1280*720 at full screen but when you try to do so your game runs in a weird borderless window, (solution) just press right click on ur desktop                         choose "display settings" , then scroll down and lower your screen resolution to the resolution you want your game to run at and everything should work by then.

Note: you should turn that back after you finish playing the game unless you dont care about ur screen being a bit crappy all the time.
