Xbox 1 DST WILL NOT MOVE PAST LOADING SCREEN FOR HOURS NOW!

My DST will no longer load when I attempt to play. The loading screen stay on for so the console eventually switched to a power saving mode. I waited for over an hour and no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. I am located in the US. I have had the game for 2 months and no it will no longer load. What is causing this issue and how do I fix it? Thanks.

Did you try rolling back the server cuz I had this issue b4 and that worked
