The more you can tell us the more likely it is that someone will know what went wrong. When I edit the character's animation file I replace the image files in the exported files, delete the current animation file (keeping a backup in a different folder), and the new animation can be generated by starting the game or using the, uhh, animation generator command (sorry, I forget where it's called or where it's located, I haven't used it in a while.)
