I need help with Mod [ Hat mod Don't starve together Sanity]

Hi there, I'm developing a mod character but I want it to have a hat that increases sanity level, there's a Mod Character that someone created is called Faroz, is a Bunny character that has glasses that increases sanity) and I loved it, so I would like  if someone could guide me in this process since I have never done mods before so If you want to help me with this please answer here c:.
