How do I change crafting recipes

Tab names

amount of ingredient is an integer and tech amount is a capitalized number as a word

make CHARACTER_INGREDIENT into GLOBAL.CHARACTER_INGREDIENT
if you want to use if 

also character ingredients are only allowed in multiples of 5 including 0
