I got bug that i spawn on sea and some problem

Hello everyone, First I'm sorry for my bad grammar.

I got this for 2 days but I haven't solved yet.I Try to solve all the methods I can find.

I have 4 problems.
 1. As shown in the picture, I can access "some servers" without mod. Maybe it will bug in the middle of the sea.  Which others saw as normal floor But I see it as a sea and could not walk out to the normal floor.  It's a real sea where you can fish.

 2. I cannot join a server that has mod, every time I enter, it will stuck on the loading page, sometimes it not responding or crash.

 3. I can't join my friend's server because it's ping showing as ???  ,My friends saw my ping normal, and I got problem same as problem NO.2 because my friend has mod on server (my other friends can join this problem just happen only me)

 4. Sometimes the AFK in front of the menu will crash.

 Anyone who has a solution for me, thank you.

P.S. I think can it be problem with my windows? Because before i can play normally but after installing new windows this is first time to play and that's it, I got this many problem.
