Improved rocket automation

Currently rockets completely ignore warnings for their 'ready to launch' signal, this might sometimes be what you'd want to happen. So I suggest a toggle to turn warnings into no-gos, so on 'Auto' the pilot gets out and waits for the cargo loading to finish before the other crew is sent out of the rocket and it launches again, this would allow the crew to fill up food reserves while the rocket is loading.

This might not be the ideal solution, so if you have a better idea, tell me please!
