Sprite problems (moved to the dst forums sorry)

So the cheese here is that im doing a collab to make a character for my friend, I was in charge of the sprites and I made sure to trace the base but this happened, any solutions as to how to remove these lines? (Also when he talks the mouth is off) 
The legs and arms are fine but like, the head and facial animations is rather off (Whenever he talks)
