What kind of fighting style or hybrid fighting style did Cesar teach Shank when he was with The Crime Family during the time?

It been 10 years since Shank 1 release and I always want to know the fighting style that Cesar developed and teach it to Shank and maybe Falcone in the co-op campaign. Did y'all uses different real or made-up fighting that is part of how he took out the thugs in the bar and use their weapons as his own? I would appreciate it really.
