my_hat_stinks
I noticed then when trying to cool down a water tank so random gulp fish don't cause the fish population to die off. If the water is warm (~30°C) or temperate (~20°C) and in front of drywall or tempshift plates, it sort of glows and hides any buildings or creatures in the water. I've not tested salt water or polluted water, but with any other materials you can still clearly see what's in the area when using the temperature overlay. This also affects the State Change overlay when water is stable.
