Modding character from an already existing one

Hello, if this was already posted I'm sorry, I wasn't able to find it.

I found this post about modding a character from an already existing one, but its the creator's character.

I also found this post, but it seems it is only for the character textures.

What I want to know is how can I use Wolfgang character as a base template, or any other already existing DST character as a base.

For the changes I want to do, I will dig later, having a way to "clone" an already existing character and only change its name and load in the game, would already be a good point for me :).
