Low framerate (29.90) in DST

So im having a problem when i play dont starve together. The problem is that my game runs normally in 60 fps (59.90) and sometimes it starts lowering untill it reaches 29.90, and it hangs on this framerate, to fix it temporarily i change anything in the resolution settings, but it doesnt always work. It tends to happen  when I randomly lose fps, open the map or approach to the portal.

 

My pc is not the best but should run the game normally, for me its clearly a bug, not a computer problem.

 

It bugs even when im not using mods; Netbook mode its disabled.
