Steam Workshop Link in Mods Panel

As a simple, quality of life improvement, it would be nice if the "Steam Workshop" link (in the Mods Panel accessible via the main menu) were to open the Workshop links in the Steam Overlay. By pushing the link to the default web browser, you're gambling as to whether the user is logged into Steam on that browser, whereas they're definitely going to be logged in on the Steam Overlay, meaning that they can seamlessly access, and subscribe to, mods in the workshop.
