Cant run game at all

I upgraded to a LG V60 and i go to download this game back on my new phone and I get the messages shown, I have tried everything I can and everything suggested in the FAQ I even got shipwrecked and that worked just fine but this on just wont work, id try anything at this point

I try to install the game and I get an error (Cant install) even tho it says i cant install the play store shows the button to open the app and run it, which I do and when I try to download the data the game crashes to the previous screen. Yes I cleared data, yes i closed everything in BG, yes I cleared data, yes I tried reinstall yes I cleared google play app cashe and all those related to it I uninstalled the whole game and reinstalled as well. Not sure what else I can do, please help

I have the same issue on a RedMagic 5G with Android 10.
