PC (i7 6700k, 32 ram, 1080) - host (tried dedicated server and just host from menu) Laptop (i3, 740m, 8 ram) - it is able to run dst 60 fps. (tried host it on it as well) Setting of world online, local only. Servers are visible on local server search tab. so basically when i connect from laptop to pc server I see ping from 50 - 500. Everything is just lagging in game. Same thing happence if I host on laptop and connect from pc. ping unstable.
