My custom don’t starve character problem

I need help, I want to know how to move my characters head so that it lines up with hats and where it should be between his shoulders. If someone can tell me what to do to fix it I’d be ever so thankful for the tip. Image below of what the problem actually looks like, his face is also floating off of his head on the side view too, any help would be appreciated and thanks again.
