Tracking the hunger of a merm king

I'm going to just toss this out into the ether, I would LOVE a visual HUD tracker for when a Merm king is active to be able to track his hunger. I've been playing Wurt pretty heavily lately and I would love to be able to keep track of the King at a glance. I have no idea what goes into making such a mod so I offer this idea up to people who are much more clever than I. I apologize if such a thing already exists and I just missed it in my searching. Thanks!
