Can anybody help me get rewards in douyu?

I have no idea what to do to get rewards from watching streams in douyu. I already have an account and it is linked to my klei account but no matter how much I watch, I get nothing. Maybe there's some sort of indicator that drops are enabled like twitch? I don't know chinese so I mostly fumble my way through the interface and menus. And I can't use regular twitch due to my linked account being compromised and unable to be unlinked now

Hi Lucario, Douyu has a system different from Twitch, where only qualified streamers are able to drop items. When you enter a Douyu streaming room, the url would contain a room ID. For example, in this elligible streaming room, https://www.douyu.com/1741024, 1741024 is the room ID. Below is a list of elligible rooms. If the room you are in is on the following list, you should be able to get the drops once your watch hours meet the requirement.
