Oni not working

I recently launched oni to continue working on my colony when during the loading process my computer hard crashed. Now when ever I launch oni, my computer would not let the game use the hard drive. But, when I launching different games, the games were all able to access the hard drive. My best guess is that the hard drive is designed to stop working for applications that caused a hard crash, and all I need to do is allow oni on the hard drive again. but, if that is the case I don't know were to go.

(Yes I restarted my computer, Yes I verified the games files, Yes I verified my hard drive, and Yes I uninstalled/reinstalled the game)
