Different Keyboard Layout support

I recently bought the game and am using a Dvorak keyboard layout (as this is my default keyboard layout) however to be able to play the game in a decent manner I had to remap all the keys to their respective keys on the Dvorak layout. I am wondering if there could be an easy way (like selecting the keyboard layout used) to remap all the keys to their respective keys on a different keyboard layout. This would be helpful for other people like me who don't use the qwerty layout.

Additionally I have seen games which seem to ignore different keyboard layouts in game, possibly by binding directly to the key codes from the keyboard (not sure if that is how it works).
