Allow disjoin of pipes

It's very useful to build pipes of a new system with a missing joint. It allows me to "turn on" the system right when I want it to by drawing a joint over existing pipes.

Or sometimes I missclick and join together close pipes from different systems. Usualy it leads to load most recent save, not to face a disaster of such mixing.


Having an ability to disjoin pipes without need to deconstruct them by dupes will be very handful!
