Fanciful Axe and Shovel skins for Opulent Tools

As the title mentions, this would be a nice little thing that would look great for the opulent shovel and axe. A similar sort of implementation is already in for multiple things like any straw hat skins effecting rain hats and miners hats too, and speak skins effecting staffs etc etc. I find myself almost never using these two skins as I'll always have the opulent tools very fast, and this would make them both a little more worthwhile (especially with the potential of another gorge soon)

TLDR: Opulent Shovel/Axe get access to the gorge skins of their counterparts
