Suggestion: Outfits Management

Hello,

I have an idea I would like to share with the team:

What if the hats were "rewards" for investing points in their respective skill trees? If they were rewarded as such, we could manage them through an Outfits UI. There is some untapped functionality there, as we currently have no way to manage all the outfits each dupe can wear when. When should the dupe use the warm suit or a snazzy suit? a wardrobe checkpoint?
