New algae and o2 generation idea thats not op

Heres the run down of the algae Cultivator oxygenator 

it looks like a large aquarium bio reactor , it grows algae that would be input by a dupe , and requires external light sources to operate at peak efficiency, and will generate lumps of algae over time [(2-3) lumps per 2 days] , it will require vents (both input and outputs for co2 intake and 02 outputs) , every five days it needs to be cleaned, which can be done by either hot water(steam) , extreme cold (kills algae), and chlorine gas, if polluted air is input the output would be bits of slime , o2 , and a days worth reduction till next cleaning that would immediately reset after cleaning, it will take sand and polluted dirt to work and will generate some hydrogen byproducts , (important note is cleaning will disable the machine for half a cycle)  also it will have its own lighting but electrical input is required along with water flow. It also will take up 30% of input water , also algae will need be replaced each cleaning by dupe
