Maratonist/ this dupe runs faster for each second hes running max + 100%.

Sleepy beauty / this dupe gives decor while sleeping

Climbing dupe / this dupe is a freaking drecko! ( just for fun this one kk)

Rouxinol / this dupe sings while working and everyone loves.

Illuded singer/ this dupe thinking he sings nice but it dont, gives debuff while working.

Nice touch/ everything this dupe construct get +5 decor

Hunter / this dupe gives more dmg to critters

Butcher/ this dupe gets bonus meat when killing critters.

Monster hunter/ this dupe gets permanent boost to moral for each different monster it slain.( i imagined some new monster critters not dor this topic post it later depending on the repercuttion on this post)

Incovenient presence/ when this dupe arives everyone gets a stress debuff.

Friend of animals / this dupe cant harm animals, gets _2 moral without critters in stable but negate this and gets +1 if interact with a critter in a stable, playing, grooming or shaving.

Industrialist/ this dupe can make refining machines it operate more efficient producing more resources for the same cost. ( refining only ) 20% more resources.

Wastefull/ this dupe makes everything colony wide costs more 2% more +3 random atribute points.

Hater/ this dupe hates itself so much that if it see other dupe doing a goof work he will rage and make the other dupe gain stress but he itself loses stress cause the hate wins, also + 3 atribute points.

Nice person/ +3 kindness if someone is stress vomiting or ugly crying this dupe helps then feel better 70% quicker

The critic / this dupe ugly cries instantly if a place is at -250 decor ( can only occur once every 5 cycles to avoid over exploitation to make water.

Bad stomach/ this dupe may vomit if eat foods with quality lower than 0. +2 stats.

Ladder weirdo/ this dupe loves ladders climb them 50% faster and stress reduction while on a ladder, if its time to sleep and its on a ladder it will sleep right there, on recreation time he may trie to climb a ladder just because he can. If he do not climb any ladder all day hell get a huge stress debuff + 100% per cycle making it urgent for you to make this guy climb something like now.
