Action help, CastStaff help

 I'm trying to learn. Not sure if i'm in the right direction. Any suggestions or help you post help is appreciated!

1. Stuck and don't know how to cast yellowstaff/opalstaff spell on target(beefalo) and not auto mount(target) beefalo.

2. Is the current lines correct? I'm unable to check due to the 1.

My desired effect is to cast the staff specific to the saddle and it acts like a mount for the dwarf/polar star on the respective saddle.
