Lag specifically while running along?

I'm having this issue that so far I haven't found anyone else having. I'm having lag while playing DS, and I think I had it in Shipwrecked and now in Hamlet as well. The game runs totally fine, but when I'm running so that the scene is changing, there's a slight hiccup as the screen moves, so it isn't smooth it just hiccups along as I run. The running animation and everything else is totally smooth and fine. I don't have this problem in DST, just single player DS. Anyone else? Or anyone have an idea of what I can try? I've already tried adding -tick_rate 60 to the startup options and that didn't fix anything.

this happens when your sanity goes below 40 or something and you start getting blurry visuals and other effects, when you go back to normal sanity and get clear views, it starts losing frames while moving around, its a bug from DS engine being not polished enough like DST from quite a while back.

Just quit the game to the menu and reload and it will be fine and smooth again, but you will have to do it everytime your sanity goes low.

Also this may not be the bug you are facing so please tell if I'm correct
