I created a refined copper tile with water pressure? wut? lol

Edit 3: OK confirmed it's just a weird bug

No idea what happened here.

Was transporting ice into the different rooms to be melted into water to fill up a lot of different reservoirs (small temperature control reservoirs for the transformers. One for each floor of my base).

Water pressure got too high and the tiles started to become damaged.

So I decided to deconstruct some of them and replace them with mesh tiles. After deconstructing one of the metal tiles (material: refined copper) in it's space was a small black blob. I saved and reloaded the game and it turned into a refined copper tile lol.

Were there any clever science related game mechanics involved or is this just a bug?5c208c6d44b24_coppertile.thumb.png.b012ab904f3fbd1e595b06d8a23dbee2.png

This is what the room looked like beforehand (it had the cables and transformer though. It's a screenshot of the room directly above the one with the copper tile. Same layout though)

Edit: reloaded to the most recent save just before i deconstructed for more screenshots.

This was the room just before deconstructing the tiles

Edit 2: I've just deconstructed the same tile in this previous save and it's reacting normally. No copper tile or black blob spawning in it's place. Weird. However this time I did a straight 'deconstruct'. In the previous save I built over the tiles with iron mesh tiles and they were deconstructed that way.

Many times, I'll attach a screenshot when had a chance

editted the OP with more screenshots. Guess it's just a bug. Gonna link the thread in the bug forum.
