Schedule Management Tweaks

When I create new schedules, more often than not I want the exact same schedule pattern, just offset by x hours (so they don't all pile in the limited bathroom space at once and have different inactive times).

At the moment to achieve that you copy the default (by adding a new schedule) then overwriting all the tiles to match what you need to change... 

 

Can we just get "move up 1 time slot" and  "move down 1 time slot" buttons?

then we can easily shuffle entire schedules when we setup a new schedule.

 

It would also be nice (in conjunction) to be able to copy a shift pattern into a new slot, perhaps adding that button to the cog list?

 

These two together turns duplicating an existing shift pattern into a new shift offset by x hours into a handful of clicks rather than a tedious "setup from scratch"
