Weird interaction with the Bootleg getaway

When you try to toss the bootleg it won’t let you select where you want to go so nothing happens., but if you go to your map manually when holding the bootleg you can select where you want to go but you won’t be able to control what direction you throw the bootleg from your boat

 

Steps to Reproduce

Toss the bootleg, it will open the map but won’t let you select where you want to go, so instead equip the bootleg and go to the map manually

I have the same issue, when I press the button to throw the bootleg, the game crashes…Not sure what is going on here-
