After rapidly swapping two equipments a few times, one of them will be placed in another slot. I remember this already existing before the convenient swapping was supported.
I guess at some point the game thinks the two slots are both occupied so it chooses the next one.
Not a big one but it is a bug.
Steps to Reproduce
Tapping right on the D-pad to swap two equipments as quick as possible.
