"Sort by: Best Connection" in Browse Games does not work

When you go to browse multiplayer worlds and change the sorting of servers to "best connection" it defaults to a repeat of "Server Name A-Z".

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Browse Games from menu

Change the "Sort By:" option to best connection

See that it just lists the servers alphabetically

Go to bugs

Similar issue to having the ability to sort Dedicated and Klei Official servers. It just doesn’t show them.

The game is unable to determine latency due to compatibility issues and Microsoft’s approved encryption for network connectivity. Instead, the game defaults to A-Z.
