Rollback is stuck loading indefinitely at the moment for Xbox (I’m playing on Xbox Series X)

can’t speak for ps4 and switch but normally the Xbox Series X loads a rollback 15-20 seconds but now it’s indefinite loading times to the point where you have to close and reload the game every time. I originally thought it was just a “me” problem but then I joined a random public lobby who had the same issue as well. Now I’m not sure as another world I joined didn’t have the problem. The first instance of this occurring was on my solo world. The second instance occurred on a public world and now I’m uncertain how to consistently reproduce said issue.
