Pearl not recognizing the junk task being completed.

In my recent world I had started the warbot questline before pearl. In doing so I had moved her off of her Island. And because of that it seems despite the fact I completed it after her moving, she has not recognized that. She also repeatedly asked for the waters to be cleaned, despite the waters near her having nothing and the waters and the island having nothing.
