The Pearl Crab Quest is completely bugged and you can't progress independently of the Quest

Steps to Reproduce

Probably every player on the Xbox platform is having this problem

I don't know if the bug is fixed because I don't regularly play Xbox anymore. I assume it may be fixed because PlayStation had the same issue and it is now patched.
