Nonfunctional Shadow Hand & Wagstaff Offer Terminals

Both the taking root and terrors below content update are not possible to access without the use of world settings. When trying to offer either 5 dreadstone or an enlightened crown shard to each respective world evil, there is no button to “offer” or “build” after each material is placed in it’s specified slot. Instead the only option is to close the window and be refunded the materials. Unless the player enables both types of rifts through the world menu, neither side can be progressed as intended effectively barring both updates from being experienced.
