Steps to Reproduce
Open "Game Options"
Open "Controls"
Navigate to "Controller Layout"
Select "Custom" controller layout
Scroll down until you find the controls with missing descriptions:
"Character Command Wheel"
"Toggle Alignment (mod)"
"Cycle Alignment Grid"
