Game Freezes

This has been happening to me for a while now. It occurs whenever I try to load the save after having quit in my base. In order to evade the issue I have been rolling back to save and then ensuring I don't quit while in my base. Unfortunately for me, my game recently crashed while taking part in the year of the beefalo event and have no save I can rollback to . I am up to day 2386 by the way, and the last save I had when I wasn't in my base was day 2380. I think the freezing might be something to do with the amount of stuff that needs to be loaded on screen and the Xbox just can't handle it. I am not sure if there is anything klei can do to fix this issue.
