Game crashes

When i start a new game it runs fine but the moment i try to play again in the same file it just returns me to the menu of xbox.

I'm Playing offline in a merged account from switch to Xbox one.

Steps to Reproduce

I was playing on my xbox one and tried to keep progresing in my world then the game just crashes and returns me to the xbox menu
