I assume this bug applies to hutch in general and not exclusively to fugu hutch. Having hutch run through an icker permanently slows hutch. I tried leaving the caves and going back to see if that would fix it but hutch was still perma slowed like he was still running through icker.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have hutch run through icker
2. hutch is now perma slowed
