Playing on Xbox Series s split screen mode.
Game crashes roughly every 2 days when it goes from day to night.
Game crashes everytime I try to use the wardrobe or change a characters outfit.
Game will crash when one player dies about 30% of the time.
Game crashes randomly for no reason every so often.
Once the game crashes, sometimes it will then refuse to load past the "loading..." pop up during the main title screen. This forces me to do a hard reset on the console to actually get it to work again.
Game will sometimes just randomly crash upon entering the world.
And by crashing i mean sending us straight back to the Xbox dashboard, the game full on closes.
This isn't the extent of it, it's very frustrating. Me and my wife have been playing this game split screen for years, and have paid for this game 3 times over across platforms, spent God knows how much on DLCs and item packs. Took a year away from the game, came back, and it's just a mess. Also, I've seen a fair few people have this issue or similar issues and I can see absolutely no help or support happening at all.
Honestly love this game, I'd hate to have to stop playing it.
As I've seen other people report this issue seems to get worse the older a world get, but past day 100 it takes all the fun away.
1 tiny temporary "fix", is to disconnect just before night turns to day and force the game to save then and not as the day changes, but there is still all the other crashes happening.
